Fellows will be paid an annual salary corresponding to PGY level. A table listing salary information for the current year is available at http://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/gme/stipend.html.

In addition, fellows will receive a stipend to be utilized towards educational activities such as purchasing books, attending conferences, and paying fees for journals and seminars.

Fellows will be provided with appropriate call sleeping arrangements in addition to a fixed subsidy from the department for eating in the hospital. They will also be provided with free parking.

Fellows will have access to departmental secretarial and administrative support as needed.

Fellows are encouraged to use academic leave time to attend one national critical care meeting during training.
